What are Indipenned Blogs For?
10th June 2017(Blog Posting)
Indipenned blogs allow Indipenned members to share their thoughts. These thoughts may concern independent publishing and literature, but could equally be about something else that has grabbed your attention and is therefore likely to be of interest to fellow members of the our indie literature network.
Members can contribute to Indipenned by posting online articles of a variety of types. These include short stories, reviews, news items and knowledge articles, providing a way for indie writers to share their experience and hard-earned knowledge of independent publishing. Indipenned blogs are a catch-all for musings that don’t fall into one of these categories. Think of them as an “other shizzle” category.
As we’ve said, the content of an Indipenned blog is pretty much down to you. As long as it isn’t defamatory or too salacious, we will be happy to see it adding to the rich body of entertainment and information we are building. Other than things that might overly offend, what you choose to post is only limited by your imagination. As an indie author, you may want to share some insight into your writing and what motivates you in your journey through the world of independent literature. Perhaps you would like to tell us about the characters in your books and how you went about creating them. You may even wish to post an extract of your writing from a current or soon-to-be-published book.
However, Indipenned blogs are not just about indie writers. Blogs can be published by all of our members. When it comes to what you might want to post, the end is listless. There is no need to stay within the bounds of independently-published literature. Maybe you could use a blog article to provide some feedback on Indipenned and how you feel it should develop. This is only the beginning for us and we what like-minded people to join us.
